MARTINEZ -- Teofilo "Tom" T. Martinez, Jr., passed away May 7, 2008 in Albuquerque. He was born November 6, 1923 in Flagstaff, AZ to Teofilo T. and Tomasita Martinez, Sr.. Tom served his country during WWII in the United States Coast Guard. He married Audrey Splitt. They had three children, Kenneth and Daniel Martinez, and Cecilia O'Connell. He worked and retired from Civil Service at Kirtland Air Force Base. He is survived by his son, Daniel and wife, Dawn; his daughter, Cecilia and husband, Tom; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey; his parents; and son, Kenneth Martinez. Services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2008, 6:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel.
