FARRELL -- Carl David Farrell, 69, passed away on April 19, 2008, in Albuquerque, NM. He was born October 18, 1938, to Joseph and June Farrell in Lansing, Michigan. Carl and his family have been residents of Albuquerque, NM, for over 30 years. He is a diehard Cowboys fan, member of the Masonic Lodge, veteran of the United States Marine Corps, avid athlete, and role model and inspiration for young men wanting to go into the Armed Forces. Carl is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years, Nelda ,of Albuquerque; daughter, Tracy McNamara and husband, Chris, of Corrales; granddaughter, Cassidy McNamara of Corrales; and brother, Frank Farrell and wife, Peggy, of Glendale, AZ. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., with burial to follow at 2:30 p.m. in Santa Fe National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carl's name to United Way of Central New Mexico, 243-2333.
