BURSACK -- Lois Irene Bursack, died at her home in Albuquerque on February 26, 2008. She was born in Fargo, ND on May 1, 1937 to Milton and Alice Bursack. She is survived by her brothers, William E. Bursack and wife, Eleanor of New Brighton, MN, John M. Bursack of Manitou Springs, CO, and Charles W. Bursack of Rapid City, SD. Lois was preceded in death by both her parents. She attended school in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo Central High School in 1955 and North Dakota State University in 1959. Lois received a PhD degree from the University of Minnesota and traveled extensively in the course of her post-HS studies. She was active in Toastmasters in Albuquerque and the southwest. Lois was most recently employed by the University of New Mexico Press in Albuquerque. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, April 12, 2008, 2:00 p.m., at St. John's UMC, 2626 Arizona St. NE.
