WOODRUFF -- Roy E. Woodruff was born February 24, 1913 in Marysville, Cooke County, Texas. He passed away January 30, 2008 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Roy served in WWII. He was a hard rock copper miner in the Butte, Montana Copper Mines. Roy was preceded in death by his brothers, Cecil, Speck, Robert, Ralph, and Howard; sisters, Louise Bolander, Deanie Snow and Mary Frances Leonard. He is survived by one brother, Jack and his wife, Mary Jane of Albuquerque. Graveside Services will be held at the Socorro Cemetery at a later date.
