WHITEHEAD -- Barbara "B.J." Whitehead, age 57, beloved wife, sister, and aunt, passed on to her Lord on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. She was a resident of Bernalillo, NM. B.J. enjoyed camping, reading a good book, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, John F. and Marjorie (Garcia) Montoya; and a brother-in-law, Phil Chacon. B.J. is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Jim Whitehead; her sisters, Rita Chacon, Clara Maes and husband Andy, Gloria "Cindy" Loring and husband Larry, and Jane Casias and husband Michael; her brothers, Frank "Jr" Montoya and wife Cathy, Anthony Montoya and wife Monica, Joseph Montoya and wife Jennifer, and Donald Montoya; special nephew, Robert Chacon; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Also surviving are sister-in-laws, Dorothy Gregory and husband J.H., Loretta Stephenson and husband Joe; brother-in-law, Clyde Whitehead and wife Frances; and other beloved family members and friends. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be conducted Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to any Wells Fargo Bank.
