Smiley is survived by his wife, Rita; daughters, Dollie and husband, Chad, Rhonda, Tonya and husband, Billy, Peggy Lynn; sons, James, Robert, Duke and wife, Sheila; mother, Dollie Richardson; seven grandchildren.
