SIMPSON -- Tommy M. Simpson, age 63, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, peacefully passed away at his home after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, November 16, 2007. He loved ranching, music, fishing and hunting, but his true love was his family. Tommy was a loyal and dedicated employee at Sandia Laboratories where he retired after 42 years of dedicated service in December, 2006. He was a man of integrity and fairness. Tommy was loved and respected by everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed, especially by his family. We all love you so much sweetheart and our only solace is knowing you are whole again. Keep a watchful eye over us until we see you again in the kingdom. You are forever in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Thelma Simpson; sister, Lucille Qualls; and most recently his brother, James Simpson. Tommy is survived by his wife, Yvonne; two sons, Travis and his wife, Heather and Troy and his wife, Serena; three daughters, Tessa Davidson and her husband, Matt, Tatum Schloss and her husband, Jim, and Saravahn Simpson; grandchildren, Tea and Joliana Davidson, Lucille and Stella Rose Simpson, Xion and Elisadaye Simpson. He is also survived by his two brothers, Charles Simpson and special friend, Sheila O'Neil and Walter Simpson and his wife, Gina; two sisters, Sally Ward and her husband, Harold and Thelene Bell and her special friend, Joe Briggs; his mother-in-law Mickey Tourville-Simpson; and several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Services will be held at 12 Elias Rd., Los Lunas, on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Please bring your memories to share with us.
