CAPENER -- Maria Deluvina Capener, age 69, passed away at home on Monday, August 20, 2007. She was a resident of the Village of Los Ranchos, NM. Maria was born on July 8, 1938 in Los Lunas, NM to Juan and Mary Otero. She was preceded in death by her father, Juan Otero; brothers, Ernesto, Patrick, David Otero; and sister, Rosa Brenton. Maria is survived by her husband of 46 years, Glenn Capener; her children, Steven Capener of Albuquerque, Glenn Capener Jr. and wife, Gina of Santa Fe, Richard Capener and wife, Camille of Albuquerque. Maria had two grandsons and eight granddaughters who she loved and was very proud of. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Otero of Los Lunas; brothers, Alcario, Michael and Andy Otero all of Los Lunas; sisters, Tina Silva and husband, Johnny of Belen, Joann Trujillo and husband, Phil of Los Lunas; brother-in-law, Odell Capener and wife, Lorraine of Payette, Idaho; numerous nephews, nieces, and friends. Maria was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed dearly. A memorial service and interment will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m..
