ROMERO -- Josephine Romero, 79, died August 17, 2007. Mrs. Romero was born to Miguel and Teodorita Sandoval in Dilia, NM. She is survived by her husband, of 60 years Joe S. Romero; her children, Ernest Romero and Ana Marie Gonzales and husband, Dennis; one grandson, Michael Vincent Gonzales; her sister, Angelina Cordova and husband, Onesimo; her brother, Eloy Sandoval and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph G Romero. Josephine loved being with her family especially her only grandson, Michael. She also enjoyed animals, flowers and birds. Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church and a Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday, 6:30-7:00 p.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. For those who wish flowers may be delivered to French Mortuary.
