ADAMS -- John was a beloved and caring son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. John was born in Denver, CO and resided in Albuquerque since 1958. He is survived by his children, Valori and Michael and their mother, Keli; his mother, Ruth Adams, father, Jack and stepmother, Mary Ann Adams; brother, Michael Adams and his wife, Pamela James; sister, Sheryl Gibson and her husband, Gary, and their daughters, Marissa and Briana Gibson; sister, Holly Adams; stepbrother, Roby Folkner, his wife, Louise, and their daughters, Heather and Meghan; stepbrother, Mark Folkner, his wife, Susan, and their daughters, Erin, Jacqueline and Jessica Folkner; and stepbrothers, Chuck Folkner, Stephen Folkner and John Christopher Folkner; niece, Samantha Adams, her husband, Arlyn Crow, and their children, Madison, Clare and Anson; aunts, Charlotte Baker, Kathryn Hope and Jeanne Jones; cousins, Deborah McLaughlin, Alison Wabel and Michael Baker, Kathryn Anne Martinez, Merle Jones Jr. and Melanie Jones; and numerous friends including Marty Martinez, Jeff Benson, Sinisa Djordjevic, James (Earl) and Steven Harrison, Frank Campbell, Bill Garner, Charlie and Pat James, Jacqueline James and Priscilla Spolyar, and their families. John was preceded in death by his brother, David Adams. John was an incredibly talented guitarist and banjo player, artist, and craftsman. He loved the outdoors and shared it with his children, family, friends and Australian Shepherd, Bandit. Vaya con Dios, John.
