HODGE -- William Robert Hodge, 15, a resident of Albuquerque since his birth on May 21, 1992, died Sunday, June 24, 2007 in an accidental drowning at Elephant Butte Lake. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Toppin; sister, Jenny, all of Albuquerque; grandmothers, Wanda Duke of Albuquerque, Judy Duke of Los Angeles, CA, and Ruth Ann Hodge of TX; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. William was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Robert Hodge and Robert Kerr Duke. He was currently attending Albuquerque High School at the time of his death. William enjoyed skateboarding, scuba-diving, jet skiing, ATVs, music, and especially being with his friends. He also had a great love of animals. William was known as "Frogger" to his close friends and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him for his humor, generosity, and loving nature. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel on Friday, June 29, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the Best Friends Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Road, Kanab, UT 84741-5001 or to a charity of your choice.
