GUTIERREZ -- EDWINA M. Mrs. Edwina M. Gutierrez, 81, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on June 14, 2007. Mrs. Gutierrez is survived by her daughters, Jen Gutierrez, Phyllis Farello and husband, Leonard and Mela Martinez; one sister, Evangeline and husband, Edward; one brother, Claude Chavez; six grandchildren, Theresa, Raymond, Michael, Salvador, Darline, and Mitchell; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other extended family. Mrs. Gutierrez was preceded in death by her son, Raymond; a daughter, Shirley Ann; a brother, Emilio; and a sister, Susie. Mrs. Gutierrez was a member of the Catholic Church and was employed by the Harvey Hotel and contributed to the war effort by working at the Santa Fe Railroad. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Tuesday morning June 19, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. in the Mt. Calvary Chapel, 1900 Edith NE, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrate at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
