REEVES -- Albert P. Reeves passed away Monday, June 11, 2007 after a brief illness. He was born June 1, 1938 in Watrous, NM. He served in the United States Army. After being discharged, he spent the rest of his working life in the paint business. He spent the last 10 years working for Dunn Edwards. During his career, which spanned over 40 years, he made many close friends. Albert is survived by his wife of 45 years, Dolores; daughter, Anna Garcia and husband, John; son, David and wife, Julie; daughter, Louise; grandchildren, Jacob and Sara Reeves; brothers, Fred and wife, Helen and Bill and wife, Beverly; and sister, Elizabeth Pouncil and husband, Ozell. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lonnie. Albert will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas NE, on Saturday, June 16, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Monday, June 18, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. A reception will be held for family and friends after the burial on Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 12316 Kinley Ct.
