RESCINETO -- Brent. Born September 14, 1967, Brent went home to be with our Lord on May 25, 2007, during an unexpected complication from surgery. Brent was a Fire Inspector with the 377th Civil Engineering Division at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM. Brent served his country as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, serving in various duty assignments throughout the US and Europe, including Chevers Air Force Base, Belgium. While assigned to Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, he was responsible for the security of the Supreme Commander for all Allied Troops. He insured the safety of many of America's finest fighting men and women, twice deploying the Emerants of Saudi Arabia, in support of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. During this time, Brent was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal, NATO Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Military Merit Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Service Medal, National Defense Medal and Overseas Service Medal. Brent loved working out, a great game of golf, a good cigar and cool cars. Laughing with friends and sometimes even at himself. Brent never met a meal he didn't like and the only thing that would curb his appetite was his love of shopping. He loved his dogs, Joey and Shelby and his three cats, Apollo, Rocky and Sheba. He leaves to cherish in his memory his loving wife, Mae Jeanne; his father, Lou; his mother, Sandi Smith (Richard); his brothers, Michael (Kim) and Nick (Kim); his mother and father-in-law, Mike and Corrine Garcia; his sister-in-law, Bernadette Garcia; his brother-in-law, Steve Gradl and many, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews along with countless friends from both Albuquerque and Youngstown, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Lena and Charles Rescineto and Nick and Ann Prystash; his uncle, Joe Cirelli; and his caring mother, Linda Rescineto.
