EVANS -- John Charles Evans September 12, 1961 - February 15, 2007 Our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, John Charles Evans left us to join his Father in heaven on Thursday, February 15, 2007. John was born to Bob and Mary Evans in Albuquerque. He was the youngest of four children. After losing his father at a young age, John, his brothers and sister were raised by a courageous and devoted mother, Mary. Friends may visit with John from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2006 at Cope Memorial Chapel, 404 W. Arrington, Farmington, NM. Then please join us for a celebration of John's life with his friends and family at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Pinon Hills Community Church, 3400 N. Butler in Farmington. Cremation will follow. His pallbearers will include Frank Schaffer, Bob Evans, Bill Evans, Dennis Holland, Jim Varnell, Justin Holland, Robbie Evans, Andy Evans, Nick Holland, Greg Schumacher, Mark Jones, and Neil Krueger. Honorary pallbearers will be all his friends, co-workers and business associates. A John Evans Memorial Fund has been established to benefit local children's organizations.
