NAJERA -- Shirley T. Sanchez-Najera, 54, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 18, 2007. Shirley is survived by her loving brother, Denny Sanchez Sr. and wife, Linda; nieces and nephews, Cita Montoya and husband, Stephen, Denny Sanchez Jr. and wife, GeorgeAnna, Monica Sanchez and fiance, Anthony Lopez, Juan Martinez Jr., and Maria Elena Martinez; great-nieces and -nephews, Daniel, Christella, Jonathan, Brandon, Lenikah, Kyanah and Ameerah; a sister-in-law, Susie; special friend, Ramon Lozano; and many other special family and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Filigonio Sanchez and Margarita Valdez and a brother, Juan Martinez. Shirley was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation for Shirley will be Sunday afternoon from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arrenal SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 4:00 p.m. by Cita Montoya. Final visitation will be Monday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father John Tourangeau. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Martinez, Fred Martinez, Frank Salazar, R.J. Woods, Martin Montano, and Raymond Lopez.
