SANCHEZ -- Flora L. Sanchez went to be with the Lord and her Husband, Joe T. Sanchez November 25, 2006. Flora was born February 9, 1923 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by daughter, Lupe Gonzales and husband, Leo Ray; son, Joe R. "Cokie" and wife, Belinda, and son, Felix and wife, Lorraine, all of Albuquerque. Flora is also survived by five granddaughters: Donna Gonzales and fiance, Harold Saiz, Bernadette Duran, Frances Garcia, Felicia Sanchez, and Dorinda Sanchez; and great-grandson, Micheal Duran, all of Albuquerque. She also leaves behind brother, Isidro Saavedra and wife, Alice; sister-in-law, Virginia Loranca; special nephew, Joseph Saavedra; and numerous nephews and nieces. Flora lived her life as a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend and was surrounded by her family at her time of passing. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at East San Jose Catholic Church, 2401 Broadway NE. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
