GONZALES -- Clemente Gonzales, 64, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, October 12, 2006. He was born April 1, 1942 to Andres and Anita Gonzales. He married Vera Paz on June 4, 1960. Surviving is his wife of 46 years, Vera Gonzales; daughters, Brenda Gonzales-Rivera and husband, Robert and Regina Steplowski and husband, Tom; son, Robert Wayne Gonzales and wife, Marie; 10 grandchildren; four brothers and wives; five sisters and husbands; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; his father and mother-in-law, Isidoro and Carlota Paz of Albuquerque; and brothers and sister-in-law. He was preceded in death by his son, Clemente Gonzales, Jr, and parents, Anita and Andres Gonzales. Clemente Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 15, 2006, 8:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until time of service. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 16, 2006, at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
