ROCHON -- Latrecha Rochon, 28, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM, passed away on September 21, 2006 at Lovelace Sandia Westside Hospital. Latrecha was born on December 28, 1977 in Chicago, IL. She served the Albuquerque community by being a Licensed Practical Nurse. At the time of her death she was, attending CNM to further her nursing career. She is survived by her husband of over nine years, Jason Rochon; their children, Michael Bernard and Isaiah James Rochon of Rio Rancho; her loving mother and father Shirley and Michael Waites, and her biological father, Rick Bolden; a sister, Makayla Bolden, In-Laws, Bernard and Brillian M. Rochon; grandparents, Lovie and Taylor Waites, Cristella and Clifford Bolden, and Mary Bell Applebery. Latrecha was predeceased by her daughter, Rachel Rochon in 1997, and a son, Jason Jr. in 1999; and her grandfather, John Henry Applebery. Latrecha participated in the Navajo Elks Lodge Youth Department and was a Highland High School Homecoming Princess. She will be remembered for being a devoted and loving wife, a brilliant and loving mother, a daughter that was so loved; a good all around person with a discerning spirit. Most importantly, she was a true Christian. Latrecha was very uplifting. A great faith sustained her beautiful life. The visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 27 2006, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. The Funeral service and Celebration of Latrecha's blessed life will be on Thursday, September 28, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at God's House Church, 2335 Wyoming Blvd NE, with Pastor Michael Shelby officiating. She will then be laid to rest at Fairview Memorial Park. In honor of Latrecha's bright personality, and at her request, please consider wearing colors other than dark and weeping.
