John is survived by his wife, Patsy Leavitt and son, Daniel Leavitt of Albuquerque; daughter, Dawn Rowe of Anchorage, AK; grandchildren, Michael Lee and Amanda Marie of Anchorage, AK; sister, Karen Hutchinson of Los Angeles, CA; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him.
