CASAUS-GONZALES -- Bernice E. Casaus-Gonzales, age 74, born March 31, 1932, passed away early this morning on America's Day of Independence, July 4, 2006. Bernice was strong-willed and independent so this Holiday was certainly a perfect day for Bernice to meet her maker. Bernice is survived by her loyal friend and husband, Tony Gonzales; daughter, Lenette and husband, David Castillo and granddaughter, Kailynn; daughter, Gina Gonzales and granddaughters, Jimille and Karli Gonzales-Montoya; son, Greg and wife, Mary Gonzales and grandchildren, Melvin, Tony and Denise; granddaughter, Janell Aguilar and great-granddaughter, Bridget; sister, Demetra Griego; and brothers, Greg and Raymond Casaus; plus other family members and friends who will miss her. A Rosary Service is scheduled for Friday, July 7, 2006 at 7 p.m. followed by a Mass on Saturday, July 8, 2006 at 9 a.m., both taking place at Saint Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, then followed by burial Services at Mt.
