NIX -- Lesley Marie Nix, age 34, of Albuquerque, passed away after a lengthy illness, surrounded by family and loved ones, Wednesday, June 21, 2006. Lesley was born and raised in Albuquerque, graduating in 1989 from Cibola High School. She worked for the past 15 years at Wal-Mart on Coors Bypass. Lesley adored her niece and nephews, her cat, Tigger, and her whole family. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, always putting other's needs in front of her own. She is survived by her mother, Glenda Newman; father, Frank Nix; brother, Kevin Nix and his wife, Laura; grandmother, Jimmie Lois Southern; niece, Paige; nephews, Chris and Cameron, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
