MATHISON -- Dorothy Bower, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1968, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2006. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Dorothy is survived by her husband of 68 years, Col. Charles Mathison; her daughters, Constance M. Henslee and Carla Mathison; grandchildren, Anthony C. Henslee and wife, Gina, Brian Mathison and Torrie C. McCain; great grandchildren, Brian Henslee, Jerad Henslee and Finnegan McCain; sister, Edith B. Alexander; and beloved nieces, Margot Alexander and Barbara Taylor. The Celebration of Dorothy's life will be Wednesday, June 7, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at the Episcopal Cathedral Church of St. John, 318 Silver, SW, 87102. Private interment at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cathedral Rose Garden Fund, Cathedral Church of St. John in celebration and appreciation of her time with us.
