GLENNON -- Agnes Lillian Glennon, 84, went to be with the Lord on April 12, 2006. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Tom Glennon. Agnes was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She enjoyed singing, dancing, crocheting, eating ice cream, and taking care of "her man." During World War II, she was a proud Navy WAVE. For many years, she was a crossing guard for the school children at Annunciation School in New Mexico. She was also active in the Legion of Mary at Annunciation Church in New Mexico and at St. Anne's Parish in Oregon. She is survived by her two sons and six daughters: Reverend Tom Glennon of Chicago, Danny and Paula Glennon of New Mexico, Diane and Bill Chirrick of California, Margaret and Greg Peterson of Oregon, Susan and Dave Cotner of Oregon, Mary and Dave Pepper of New Mexico, Carol and Tim Robertson of New Mexico, and Kathy Allensworth of Oregon. Her 22 grandchildren are: Bill Chirrick, Lori Sullivan, Sherry Tabutol, Paul Pepper, Joel Peterson, Sean Cotner, Heather Anderson, Matthew Pepper, Jeremy Pepper, Kevin Cotner, Jessica Robertson, Jamie Anderson, Colleen Pepper; Brian Cotner, Jonathan Peterson, Sarah Allensworth, Jodie Robertson, Sheila Allensworth, Patrick Glennon, Justin Robertson, Melissa Glennon, and Shelby Allensworth. Her eight great-grandchildren are: Richard Tabutol, Evan Mortenson, Joey Schreiber, Camila Chirrick, Kaden Cotner, Kittiara Cotner, Cannon Anderson, and Audrey Schreiber. She is also survived by her sister and brother Edie Masone of New York and Gene and Mary Wood of Boston. The Rosary and Funeral Mass will take place in Oregon. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Legion of Mary at your local parish.
