CONNER -- Jasper Conner, Sr., age 83, a long-time resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 25, 2006. Mr. Conner was president of ABC Mechanical before his retirement and was owner of Conner Plumbing in Roswell and White Rock. He served his country in WWII with the Air Force; he was a Mason and a member of Evangel Christian Center where he served on the Board of Trustees and the Board of Deacons. Mr. Conner is known for his generosity and his many philanthropic donations. Jasper was survived by his wife, Fran; his children, Jasper Conner, Jr. and Vivian J. Chavez; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 62 years, Ethel and daughter, Mary. Memorial Services will be Tuesday, February 28, 2006, 3:00 p.m. at Evangel Christian Center, 4501 Montgomery, NE. Graveside Services are pending for Thursday, March 2, 2006 at South Park Cemetery in Roswell, NM. Please, no flowers. The family requests donations to the Conner Scholarship Fund, P. O.
