DEVINE -- Rick DeVine, 53, died in Phoenix, AZ, on November 18, 2005, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Myra, and two sons, Drey and Riley; his mother, Ida Mae DeVine; brother, Randy; and sisters, Julie and Jan. His father, Hank DeVine, preceded him in death in 1994.
