ATTWOOD -- Betty Lou Attwood (Ketchum), age 73, born May 15, 1932 in Porterville, CA, passed away September 21, 2005. Betty was married to Billie E. Attwood on September 26, 1950 and lived in the LA area until 1954 when she moved to Kansas City, MO. In 1975 Betty moved to Bartlesville, OK and then on to Albuquerque in 1977. She was employed by First Interstate Bank and later by Desert State Life Management as a Trust Administrator until her retirement in 1999. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Billie E. Attwood. She leaves behind her sister, Maxine of Crescent City, CA; son, Michael and wife, Debra of Lee's Summit, MO; son, Charles and wife, Patricia of Shawnee, KS; and son, John and wife, Susan of Albuquerque, NM. She also leaves six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A private ceremony was held September 25, 2005. The family requests donations be made to the Greater SW Chapter Arthritis Foundation in lieu of flowers.
