SISNEROS -- Joe D. Sisneros, "Tisnow", age 66, and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2005 after a brief illness. Joe was born in Cuervo, NM, April 29, 1939. He was preceded in death by parents and one brother. Joe is survived by his two sons, Peter and his wife, Dianne, and Jason; two daughters, JoAnn Garcia and her husband, Chris, Jodi Lopez and her husband, Chris; seven grandchildren; one sister, Cecilia Fernandez and her husband, Manuel; brothers, Carlos and wife, Delia, Ray and wife, Margaret, Larry and fiancee, Rita, Jerry and Frankie; numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Joe was a true sports fanatic and loved camping and fishing. He was also known to be an avid debater to those he came into contact with. Services will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2005. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2005. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Hospice of New Mexico and the staff of El Centro Villa Nursing Center for their excellent care and support during this difficult time.
