GIBSON -- Bessie Stiles Gibson. Longtime New Mexico resident and Farmington History Maker Hall of Fame member, Bessie Stiles Gibson, died August 9, 2005 at Manzano Del Sol in Albuquerque. A former Indian trader, and civic worker, Mrs. Gibson was a Past Worthy Grand Matron of Order of Eastern Star and former member of the State Advisory board, Order of Rainbow for Girls. She had been residing in Albuquerque since 1997. Services will be at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Farmington on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 10:15 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Farmington Museum Foundation, P.O. Box 115, Farmington, NM, 87401 or to Farmington Library, 2101 Farmington Avenue, Farmington 87401. Mrs. Gibson is in the care of Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E.
