JONES -- Marie Jones, age 79, a former resident of Albuquerque from 1948 to 1995 and of Raytown, MO for the last ten years, died in Raytown on June 16, 2005 following an illness. Mrs. Jones is survived by her daughter, Jeri L. Jones of Raytown; her son, Jack F. Jones II and his wife Kathy of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Mickey, Jacob and Andrew; her sister, Mary Margaret Schnider-Muhr of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Jones in 1978. Mrs. Jones had been an employee of St. Joseph Hospital for 25 years. A viewing and visitation will be held on Friday June 24, 2005 from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church, 6900 Los Volcanes Rd. NW. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. in New Life Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery.
