CROWDER -- Stanley E. Crowder, born June 30, 1926 in Omaha, NE, joined his cherished mother, Grace; sisters, Mary and Enid; nephew, Chuck; and his best dog friend, Buck in heaven on March 25, 2005. Stan was a devoted husband of 49 years to his loving wife and best friend, Fran. He earned the deep love, unrelenting respect and admiration of his children, Brent Crowder, Jeanne Rogers and husband, Charles, Brenda Pinion; grandson, Ty Pinion; and brother, Charlie Crowder. Also survived by his brothers, Jack and Jim; and numerous nieces and nephews. Stan will be remembered for reciting an appropriate poem for any occasion, his willingness and ability to fix anything, enjoyment of children, and love of nature. Stan was a land developer for commercial infrastructure and conservationist for agricultural purposes. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 1, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. at St Mark's on the Mesa. 431 Richmond Pl. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice, 8300 Constitution Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or to St Marks.
