NEWLEN -- Edna "Lucille" Newlen, 80, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, January 28, 2005. Lucille was a very active member of Isleta Senior Center. She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Lenz of Virgina, Cathy Wineberg and husband Allen of Washington; two sons, Stan Newlen of Albuquerque and William Gemas of Texas; one sister, Ruth Cunningham of Albuquerque; six grandsons; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 3, 2005 in Palm Chapel at Strong-Thorne Mortuary at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
