TOMLINSON -- Erik Tomlinson, 41, a life-long resident of Albuquerque, passed away suddenly Sunday, January 9, 2005. He is survived by his wife of 18 years and best friend, Kathleen Tomlinson; daughter, Amanda; father, Robert Tomlinson; brother, Bob Tomlinson and wife, Laurie; niece, Jill and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol S. Tomlinson, in 1999. Erik was a 1981 graduate of Del Norte High School where he played in the band and was very active in the Boy Scouts of America. He continued his education at UNM. Erik was employed over the past 20 years in the computer industry. He will be remembered as a gifted specialist in his field. Erik embraced life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all others whose lives he touched. Services will be held French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Saturday, January 15, 2005, 10:00 am. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
