RIBAL -- Maria Dolores Ribal went home to be with the Lord at the age of 93 on December 27, 2004. She was born on December 20, 1911. She is preceded in death by her mother. Maria is survived by her daughters: Angie Chavez, Marcela Parras, Theresa Bajarano, Rita Mason; son, Jesse Chavez. She has 19 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She was a very loving caring person who loved children. Whatever she could do, she would do. Her hands were always extended to everyone. She was a precious treasure that God loaned to us and will be greatly Missed. Her pride and joy was to play with her great-grandchildren, Zachary, Maleah, Amaya, Markie, and little Zion. She loved to tell them stories. Maria loved to read her Bible and drink her coffee. In the Bible she would read John 14: 1-6 where Jesus had many Mansions in Heaven. She talked about going home to be with her Mother. We all knew her by Grand Lola. We love you Grandma Lola and we will surely miss you. Funeral Service will be this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. In the Chapel of Legacy Church, 7201 Central Ave. Burial to follow to Fairview Memorial Park.
