BILLINGS -- Anna Elsina Billings, 82, of Moriarty, New Mexico, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2004, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born to Marion and Abbie Clason on February 21, 1922 in Beaver City, Nebraska. She married Terry Billings on June 5, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Anna is survived by her sons, Marion Martin of Anaconda, Montana, Beryl Martin of Moriarty, New Mexico, and Rawlen Martin of Fredericksburg, Virginia; daughters, Lillian Mayhill of Tucumcari, New Mexico, Annabelle Compary of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Carmen Anne Portwood-Imergoot of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; sister, Eileen Baughman of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 17 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Billings; daughter, Pearl Janice Tunnell; her parents, Marion and Abbie Clason; a granddaughter, Ida Elsina Adams; great-grandson, Michael Wright; and her husband, John H. Martin. Anna will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and best friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. There will be a viewing on Friday, December 31, 2004 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, New Mexico. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 31, 2004 at 1:30 pm at the First Baptist Church in Moriarty, New Mexico. Pastor James Thompson will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, New Mexico. There will be a reception following the burial at the First Baptist Church in Moriarty, New Mexico.
