OSOFF -- Lawrence Harvey Osoff, 62, a lifelong Albuquerque resident, died on Tuesday, November 9, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Betty of Albuquerque; brother, Malcolm of California; and many other family and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Maury and Frieda Osoff. He was a lifelong automobile enthusiast. Larry worked for A & I Warehouse before opening his own business, Mid-City Automotive Warehouse. He retired in 1998. Services will be held on Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at Congregation B'nai Israel with Rabbi Arthur Flicker and Cantor Catlin Bromberg officiating. Interment will follow at the B'nai Israel area of Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Fred Lachenmeyer, Bill Palladino, Dale Schafer, Bob Scoby, John Lippold and Richard L. Cottrill. Honorary pallbearers will be Herb Bishop, Dick King, Nick Nicholson and Steve Pino. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation B'nai Israel, 4401 Indian School Rd.
