PETTIT -- Miriam K. Pettit, 49, of Moriarty , passed away of October 9, 2004 in Albuquerque. Miriam was born on September 5, 1955 in Fort Sumner to Merrill and Ruby Frances Larson. She has lived in Moriarty for 20 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Moriarty. Miriam had worked as an accountant with Monarch Properties and was an avid bicyclist. Her family remembers her most as a wonderful wife, sister, and daughter. Miriam is preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Frances, in 1994. She is survived by her husband, Richard of Moriarty; her father Merrill and step-mother Lois of Moriarty. She is also survived by three brothers, Arley Larson of Maryville, Missouri, Raymond Larson of Brownfield, Texas and H.C. "Shorty" Larson of Georgetown, Colorado. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2004 at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at The First Baptist Church in Moriarty with Rev. Tom Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Mountainview Cemetery in Moriarty Arrangements entrusted to: Harris-Hanlon Mortuary Moriarty, New Mexico
