ANTTILA -- Helga Anttila, 91, passed away on August 22, 2004. She was born June 7, 1913 in Duluth, MN. She came from strong-willed people both spiritually and physically. She was an Albuquerque resident for 35 years and a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; four brothers; her husband of 48 years, Harry; and two children; and one great-granddaughter. Helga is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Gilbertson and husband, Jim of Albuquerque, NM; grandsons, Michael Gilbertson and wife, Katey of Phoenix, AZ, Matthew Gilbertson and wife, Jennifer of Spokane, WA; great-granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth and Leah, and great-grandson, Cameron; sister-in-law, Viola Mattson and husband, Tom; brother-in-law, Clarence Butterfield and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be at Messiah Lutheran Church, 11515 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Thomas E. Anderson officiating on Saturday, September 18, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE 275-3500
