WISHARD -- Arthur Robert Wishard, Sr., 81, died Monday, September 6, 2004 at his home. Mr. Wishard was born January 29, 1923 in Ladonia, TX. He was the son of the late Roy Wesley Leroy and Grace Victoria Whitecap Wishard. He was a loving husband to Lois Agnes Holdren Wishard, who preceded him in death. Mr. Wishard was a good father to Carolyn Sue, Catherine Ann, and Arthur Jr. (a.k.a Austin J. Richards). Mr. Wishard served his country in the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Corps and U. S. Air Force, serving during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Surviving are his children; a brother, Ancle Lee Wishard; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Mr. Wishard will be cremated, and may he rest peacefully in God's presence. Baker Funeral Home, 210 E. Hilton Street, Kershaw is caring for the Wishard family.
