DOUGLASS -- Mr. Harold E. Douglass, 68, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 29, 2004. Mr. Douglass is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Margaret; three daughters, Tammy Douglass, Missie Hess, and Stephanie Martinez and husband, Eugene; two sons, Don Merritt and Dan Douglass; one sister, Debbie Ulmer and husband, Tom; eleven grandchildren, Kaysie, Kortnie, Kristin, Jesea, Lucas, Jacob, Zachary, Spencer, Jeno Diego, Cleriese and Crystine; a close family friend, Will Banes; many brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends. Mr. Douglass was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Douglass. Mr. Douglass was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. A visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. Roy Rivera. Final visitation will be Thursday morning from 8:30 until 9:00 am. at the Shrine of Bernadette Catholic Church, 1800 Martha NE with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father Choong. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with military honors. Pallbearers will be Ernie C de Baca, Jerry C de Baca, Mike Sanchez, Phil Rodriguez, Will Banes, and Eugene Martinez. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Arechederra, Blair C de Baca, Richard O'Brien, Peter Jimenez, Mich C de Baca, and Kurt Schwalm. Arrangements by: Gabaldon Mortuary 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW 243-7861
