STRUNK -- Deborah Duff Strunk, 62, lost her valiant two-year battle with lung and brain cancer at home with her family on August 28, 2004. Deborah was born on February 14, 1942 in Canton, OH and has resided in Albuquerque since August of 1990. She is survived by twin daughters, Rachel and Rebekah; Richard, her husband of almost 32 years; as well as sisters, Bonnie Isaacs of Kingston, WA, Marjean Carnahan of Aromas, CA; and several nieces & nephews. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Clark Haskins; Dr. Barbara McAneny; the other partners and staff of the New Mexico Cancer Center; as well as the staff of the Oncology Unit of Presbyterian Hospital; and last but not least the members of Presbyterian Home Health Care and Hospice Program for their loving care over the past two years. Deborah had requested that tax deductible donations to the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation be considered to assist low income cancer patients in New Mexico.
