BACA -- Lawrence Baca, 42, went home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2004. Although he was a native of California, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, which was his parent's birthplace. A sensitive and caring person, Lawrence was the primary caretaker for both parents. He dedicated most of his adult years caring for his parents until their deaths. Lawrence was a quiet, kind and shy person who loved reading and woodworking. He is survived by his son, James Baca; his sister, Hilda Baca; and his brother, Luis Baca; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in Albuquerque, NM. A service will be held at San Isidro Mission in Sedillo, New Mexico on Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. with burial to follow. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Martinez, Danny Martinez, Joray Martinez, and Albert Jaramillo. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th NW ABQ 343-8008.
