He was born December 31, 1929 in Newton County, MO to Donna Landreth York and Lee York. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his wife, Juanita of the home; three daughters, Deborah and Tim Diesel of Albuquerque, NM, Cynthia Ann York of Manitou Springs, CO and Diane York of Albuquerque; one step-son, William Bozarth of Ariel, WA; one step-daughter, Maryetta Johnston of Junction, TX; two sisters, Norma Lemaster of Pierce City, MO and Carolyn Marion of Ritchey, MO; eight step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and many friends. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be announced later.
