He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Bell of Albuquerque; daughter, Peggy Jean Miller and husband, Charles of Leland, IL; sons, Richard Raymond Bell, Jr. and wife, Consuelo of Fritzler, Germany, Timothy Paul Bell and wife, Greta of Wheaton, IL, and Donald Ray Bell and wife, Anna of Ooltewah, TN; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and sisters, Jane L. French and husband, Charles of Rosehill, KS and Doris I. Young of Kingwood, TX. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Wednesday, April 28, 2004, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 29, 2004, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with grandson, David Ober Miller officiating. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 1:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
