GRIEGO -- Paul J. Griego died Sunday, March 14, 2004 in Albuquerque at the age of 78. Mr. Griego is preceded in death by his wife, Frances P. Griego in 1994; mother, Patricia Estrada; brothers, Gregorio Griego and Valentin Griego; sisters, Juanita Griego and Connie Chavez; his special aunt, Aurelia Serna; and his special uncle, Hilario Sandoval. He is survived by his son, Joseph Griego; daughters, Lena Hoefler and husband, Martin, and Helen Martinez and husband, Raymond; grandchildren, Christina, Amanda, Matthew, Joanna, Dianna, Christopher, Nicholas and Joshua; sister, Bernardita Sanchez and husband, Moises; brother, Refugio Griego; sister-in-law, Carolina Griego; aunt, Ramoncita Bernal; and special brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Oralia Gutierrez. A Rosary for Mr. Griego will be recited on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Ascension. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at the Church of the Ascension where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the San Juan de Nepomuceno Cemetery in Chilili, NM. Pallbearers will be Raymond A. Martinez, Joe P. Griego, Martin J. Hoefler, Matthew J. Hoefler, Anthony L. Gutierrez and Acacio Gutierrez. Honorary pallbearers will be Phillip J. Canamar, Felix J.
