SMITH -- Norma V., 50, passed away March 6, 2004. A longtime resident of Edgewood, NM, she was preceded in death by her father, Norman Couture; and brother, Ricardo Alvarez. Norma is survived by husband Lyle Smith; children, Billy J. Smith, Normand Smith, mother Virginia P. Couture; grandson, Billy Smith Jr.; brothers, Armando Alvarez, Jorge Couture, Roberto Couture; sisters, Maria Salyer, Virginia Couture; other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Holy Child Catholic Church in Tijeras, on Friday, March 12, 2004. A Viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; a Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m.; Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery on Barton Road in Edgewood.
