ARMIJO -- Mrs. Bernardita Armijo, 82, a resident of Albuquerque passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on January 27, 2004. Mrs. Armijo is survived by her one son, Ricardo Armijo; two daughters, Velma Rocha and husband, Leo, Lelia Brito and husband, Jim; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Armijo was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Armijo; one son, Eppie Armijo; a grandson, Martin and a great granddaughter, Amanda. Mrs. Armijo was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Mrs. Armijo will be Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Friday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Catholic Mission in El Valle, New Mexico with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by Father Julio Gonzalez. Interment will follow at the El Valle Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Ernest Martinez, Martin Lopez, Johnny Lopez, Chris Lopez, Adrian Ortega and Javier Ortega.
