BACA -- Angelina C. Baca, age 85, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, January 4, 2004. A life long resident of Belen, she enjoyed ceramics and her great grandchildren. Angelina was involved with the Belen Senior Center and retired from the Albuquerque Health Department. She is survived by her children, Annabelle Gabaldon and husband Leo, Phillip Cordova and wife Dolores; five grandchildren, Jess Gabaldon of Los Gatos, CA., Jim Gabaldon of San Diego, CA., Joey Gabaldon of Los Angeles, CA., John Gabaldon of Los Angeles, CA, JoAnn Sauter and husband Steve of Albuquerque; three great grandchildren, BriAnna, Kylie, and Chase Sauter; two sisters, Lucilla Castillo and husband Arthur, Julia Silva and husband Tom; sisters-in-law Suzie Gabaldon, Luz Cordova, and Mary Torres; numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Memorial services will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church on Saturday, January 10, 2004. A rosary will be recited at 8:00am, followed by a celebration of the mass at 9:00.
