MARTINEZ-GRIEGO -- Michael Anthony Martinez-Griego born January 26, 1988 died on December 17, 2003. He is the son of Lee and Tammie Griego. He is survived by his sister, Leandra; grandparents, Elias and Angelica Martinez, Paul and Clorinda Griego all from Guadalupita, New Mexico; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was a sophomore at Cibola High School. He loved basketball, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his bright smile and cheerful disposition. He will be greatly missed. The Pallbearers are Andrew Baca, Gabriel Griego, Priscilla Griego, Timmy Griego, Tony Griego, Jessalyn Espinosa and Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Martinez, Joshua Martinez, Tony Martinez and Ronnie Martinez. The viewing will be held Friday, December 19, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande. The Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 20, 2003 at St. Gertrude in Mora. The Interment will be in Guadalupita following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Michael's name to All Faith's Receiving Home, 1709 Moon NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
