LUERAS -- Eddie L. Lueras, born December 25, 1932, has gone to be with our Lord on Saturday, December 13, 2003 after a long illness. He was born in Corona, NM and was a graduate of Corona High School. He retired from the Civil Service where he worked in food service for the Air Force. Eddie also was a veteran of the armed forces. He is survived by his wife, Susan R. Lueras; two daughters, Viviane Moreno and husband Joe of Albuquerque, Lilliane Moore and husband Shawn of North Carolina; son, Edwin Lueras and wife Tammy of Albuquerque; nine grandchildren, Damian Lee Castillo, Damian Sandoval, and Aaron Moreno, all of Albuquerque, Jenae Castillo and Noah Castillo of North Carolina, Nathan Moreno, Jaden and Evan Lueras of Albuquerque and Seth Moore of North Carolina; four brothers, Espidirion, Jose, Alex and Carlos; two sisters, Mary Chavez and Ella Stewart; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Second Presbyterian Church, 812 Edith NE, on Saturday, December 20, 2003, at 11:00 am. Interment of cremains will take place on Monday, December 22, 2003 at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be all of his grandchildren.
